I had my car professionally detailed on June 20, 2020 (today) In the beginning it seemed okay, their prices were reasonable and they could get me in quickly. I was told my car would be done at 3:00pm, at 3:52 after still not hearing from them I called and they said it would be 30 minutes, my car was pretty bad so I understood. At 5:30 they finally arrived. As I was checking it over I realized there was a bunch of wet gunk all over my third row floor. Gary was great and they took it back and got it cleaned up. Car looked good, they told me to keep my windows down to let it air out. I was able to overlook their overwhelming lack of communication. That was until this evening when I went to roll my windows up for the evening... only to find out my window no longer works. So now I’m stuck with my window down and my car 100% accessible to anyone and everyone and the elements until God knows when. Very dissatisfied, and would not recommend at this point. Also, I did try to call but it was 9:00pm and their voicemail was full.

I took my new-to-me Toyota Venza with oxidizing red paint to them to polish and wax. Gary charged me a fair price and didn't try to upsell me on any service I didn't really need. The car looks great! Very satisfied with the service I received.
This was a perfect Father’s Day gift for my husband! Our car was a mess between the kid and the dogs. I lost hope finding a place who would deep clean everything for a reasonable price.. until I found this place! They did such a great job and our civic looked new! I will always bring our cars here from now on! They also had a very friendly staff!
The lining on the roof of my truck is now falling apart. My radio no longer works and my carpet has been pulled up. Very expensive. However, my truck was DISGUSTING and they were able get get off the gunk and grime. I would only use their services for an extreme job. And in my case, it was.
