Professional Cargo Services contacted me to schedule my delivery which I did. They also said I could pick up my replacement item from them myself which I wish I could (but cannot) but at the same time, why are you asking your customer to do your job? I explicitly notified the woman I spoke to when scheduling my appointment to have the driver contact me after 3pm. She told me she will make a note and they will try and I explicitly notified her that they will need to contact after 3pm and provided the reason for it. She agreed and said she would emphasize it on the note. I called the driver back and also the facility. The facility told me that their drivers have all left for the day (looks at clock and its 3:15pm). Turns out the driver did not read anything and failed to follow the note. Now I have to reschedule (again) with the same note as before. Not sure if this is worse when my first delivery was cancelled without my notification or not but both times have been terrible. I have to give a star rating of at least 1 star but honestly this is not worth a star. Notes on a service are not to be overlooked or merely glanced at. Teach your drivers to read the notes or actually be leaving a customer's note on the ticket. Whatever the issue is, the customer focus aspect is not there.

Horrible experience all around. My mother ordered me and my sister bbq grills for Christmas. It has been close to 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my grill. The company contacted me once to schedule a delivery but they only delivery from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday (no weekend delivery). They will not drop off the package without a signature and you must be at your house the entire time, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m, because they cannot tell you what time they will arrive at your house. I guess I am suppose a half day off of work to receive delivery. I emailed the company to try and schedule a delivery and a couple days later I received a return call from an agent of the company. The agent was unapologetic and treated me like a child. My sister had similar issues with delivery (she told them she could not receive delivery on Wednesday, and on Wednesday the driver called to notify her that the grill was being delivered that day). Hopefully, I receive my grill soon.

Shipment was not delivered on time, we were never notified that the shipment time was changed, shipment was sent to the wrong address despite my having provided the correct address, and in the end I personally picked up the shipment, only to discover that it was irreparably damaged. No one will take responsibility for the damages.
STAY AWAY! Had a 4 ton machine delivered by Professional Cargo Services. When it arrived the machine was leaned over and smashed. Upon inspection we realized they did NOT secure the machine and the truck drive slammed out his brakes forcing it to move. Th truck drive was rude and inconsiderate and didn't seem to care he ruined a very expensive machine. We refused delivery. In short do NOT use Professional Cargo for any freight hauling, PERIOD!
