I’ve been in to Quantum Credit Union several times over the last several months for check deposits and cash withdrawal since my primary credit union is located in Utah, but through the Shared Branching connection I’m able to do the transactions I need to get things done. Quincee is always so pleasant. Keep up the good work!

As a member of another credit union, I came to withdraw money since Quantum is part of the credit union coop. I've worked with Sarah and Lacey during my visit. They were so great to work with! Thanks for all your help!

Bad customer service. Worst billing system in the banking industry. They make it impossible to pay your credit card balance on purpose so they can profit off late fees. Beware this company is very shady. They make it difficult to close your account they have tactics to make sure they keep you a customer and keep you in debt. I'm filing a report with the ftc and better business bureau they have extremely unethical tactics. Beware, you have been warned!!!

While I frequently visit both branches, the downtown branch is my favorite. Conveniently located, friendly greetings, fast service and the staff is always ready to help.

Will only notarize for actual customers, not affiliated members of other credit unions. That's just bad service really. He didn't seem to care that I needed his help either.
