We absolutely loved working with Natalie Moyer from ReeceNichols! This was our first time selling a home and Natalie helped us through each and every step. She was there to help us decide what to clean up and fix around our house and to use her expertise to stage our furniture to better showcase our home. Natalie did her background work to help us find the price point that would make the most sense for us to list at. The photographer Natalie works with showcased our home beautifully and Natalie had a listing write up that really showed off the best features of home. The best part was how quickly our house sold! In 2 days, we had two offers and had accepted one of them. When we had offers come in, Natalie helped us navigate them and counter offer as needed. We definitely were better off in this process by having Natalie to help us through. She really is a seasoned professional. We specifically used Natalie because of how well prepared she was and how much experience and expertise she brought to the table. We relocated across the country and vacated the home a month before our buyers closed on the home. In that month, Natalie was happy to help us with anything that came up as far as setting trash bins out for final pick up to checking our mail one last time. We are so happy we chose to work with Natalie and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!
