Red the fine print on their policies. They charge between 150 to 250 deposit and hold it. This isn't your rental amount, they hold it in addition to the cost of renting your car. I have never now would I ever use their service

This man is is a total crook. He will change pricing depending on age, race, and how many vehicles he has available. If you contact his business and he thinks you are black he will charge you more money, this has been confirmed by several previous employees of his that he were directed to conduct business this way and if they refused it would result in termination. He is horrible and demeaning to his employees, he had a female employee that I repeatedly heard him tell her she was stupid. The locations this man works out of are beyond dirty to the point of illness could occur. It is really sad that the man who owns this business is also a state approved and state paid counselor for people who are trying to get help for drug and alcohol addictions. He owns the building and drug counseling location right behind this location that is known as "Psychological Services Clinic" where he treats drug and alcohol abusers which he himself is an unreformed addict. Why doesn"t the state or government look more at the people they are standing behind. This man is hazardous to our city and the people who live here!
My experience at Rent a Wreck in Wichita was very poor. I went to get my deposit back on the last day of my rental agreement and the owner Howard stole 100 bucks and hid behind his employee. He rented me a Ford F-150 with bald tires which one blew out after 100 miles and he charged me for it. He didnt have the balls to tell me to my face, he had his desk guy do it and he tucked out and took off in his car like the little coward he is. Also you dont want to talk to him on the phone as he is rude, inconsiderate, and doesnt care about your business, he cares about being a crook. I want everyone to know that he stole money from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
