Came to put together bed set. Got glue on my brand new rug and floor. Also didn't bring box spring till next day. Customer service sucks.
Not upfront about specials and pricing. 30 days no money down. Waiting on my delivery only to find out they wanted 20 down despite the special. That wasnt the deal whole conversation untill free delivery time.
They were so nice and fast they had good service and it's better than aarons the one on Oliver is cool

I loved how quick the staff at RENT ONE walked me through the process of getting a refrigerator and how they stayed after hours to assist me in putting in my home. I would much rather go there than any Rent-A-Center after my amazing experience. They were very understanding and supportive of all my needs and had fantastic customer service.
The people are awesome and so friendly way better than rent a center or aaron's.
