Bought my wifes engagement & wedding ring here, my sons gold necklace, my wedding ring, necklace for my wife....and many more pieces! We come stop in every 3-4 weeks when at Town East and they always clean our jewelry for free...make sure we are all up to date on our inspections and are just all around very nice people! Will definitely continue to shop here and recommend Riddles to ANYONE!

I normally use another jeweler but they do not work on certain stones. Long story short i bought an engagement ring from somewhere else and i was p*** that the quality of the workmanship was so bad yet I paid so much. So i purchased a new mounting at my jeweler and they recommended Jess, at Riddles, to mount the stone from the old ring to the new setting. So we took both rings and an extra stone for the old ring to mount in it as well. They put the original stone into the new mounting and then put the stone we brought into the original mounting. They called and told us they had to redo the setting in the original ring. When we got both rings back they looked amazing! the original mounting even looked better than before. The work is amazing and they treated us beyond fair for pricing. I don't regret a dime spent now even on the original ring. Thank you Ben and Jess! You guys have are business for life and we will recommend your store to everyone we know!!
