I went in to scout out rings for my mom’s soon to be husband. Hana and Kennedy were so sweet and so helpful with ideas, and prices, the rings were absolutely gorgeous, and they really listened and wanted to help and give us a lot of great ideas and options! We found the perfect ring for her and they let us take photos to send to him, pricing, different options, and ideas we can invest in, they even have someone on site that can do the sizing! I was so impressed with not only their knowledge but their kindness. I told my husband when we go to upgrade, I would like to come back to them and pick a ring out there! They are absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to do business with them again!

Had the best experience at Riddle’s! I have never shopped with this company before but definitely will going forward. I went in to try and find a simple wedding band for my sons soon-to-be wife and knew nothing about her current ring other than it had come from riddles and I had a photo of it on my phone. The girls were incredibly helpful with finding a matching band on short notice! They promised the ring by Friday, it was ready first thing! I took her engagement ring in to be cleaned and to make sure the band looked good - they shined the engagement ring up and rhodium plated it to make everything perfect. Kennedy and Jessica both offered excellent customer service and made me want to do business with them again! A

Had several things I saw on the web site so I went in and out of 5 things I only got 2.the sales lady went beyond just selling and got on the computer and looked to see if any of the other stuff I wanted were available. But only one was and she also checked if she could still get word if possible availability. She was sweet and accommodating.

Love Riddles...my husband purchased my engagement ring from them in 2004...I have had to have my ring sized, diamonds replaced and my shank fixed. All was covered in my warranty because I get it checked and cleaned every six months! It is wonderful! Wish there were more around but love the store and their customer service

Very good experience. Salespeople were very helpful and let me try on anything I wanted to. No pressure to buy anything just showed interest in me and my fiance and why we were there. Had knowledge about everything I tried on and the differences between the items. They gave us a great deal and I'm very glad I went to them. 10/10 would recommend
