I had not received the sticker for car registration 3 wks.after payment. I dreaded calling the court house/waiting on hold forever. However a woman named Sherrell took the call immediately, sorted the problem, and sent me another sticker, not requiring me to go to courthouse. She was very cheerful, helpful, and kind. Any problems?? Ask for SHERRELL

Word of warning. Do not sign up for the ada line unless your only requirement is you need a chair. The que does not reflect accurate times as they help people in the order they signed up. So the que can say 10 minutes when it really means 3 hours. This is a major problem for people in oxygen that need to use the office for items not allowed online. I called the county and was basically told to bad. No empathy at all.
I don't mind paying taxes we might be a little bit lower in Kansas but my property taxes for a single family single story 1000' home is just way too much for my neighborhood. No new improvements no infrastructure no drainage no streets no nothing what the hell am I paying for people. Trust me I won't be voting for you again.

I called to have a bill corrected and the dope who answered my call transfered my call to some recording of information I did not need,called back and got the same dummy who knew NOTHING about my bill and I hung up..these people make up these bills but know nothing about them,why are they there?
Had problem with lien work on title. Genesis finance and Hyundai finance is the same. I spoke with title department and hatchet Hyundai this is the third time they have had to fax affidavit to Sedgwick co treasures office. Maybe keep records and let clerks know.
