I should know better by now than to shop at this location because they never have anything in stock. I don’t know if the employees just don’t do their jobs or if the west mall just doesn’t have the funds to order products, but even before Covid this store location did a poor job of keeping products ordered and in stock. You might as well make the trip out east or to Bradley fair if you want anything that is strictly supplied by Sephora.

Came for some last minutes gifts and and Lindsay was amazing! She helped me find some perfume and colognes that fit the people I was buying for perfectly. She was so kind and courteous. It was an easy trip and I will for sure be coming to this location again on the future.

Super nice and knowledgeable! I’m not sure where people are getting “pushy” from. They only make around 9 an hour without commission. I love Sephora! This one is nice, it does have a smaller selection but you can always check online or call to make sure they are carrying the product you are looking for. I will continue to shop here!!

Literally the worst Sephora. They continue to hire the rudest of people. They just seem like they don’t want to be at there job or if you ask anything of them they roll there eyes. You can feel the tension between workers.

There's a girl here, been here for a while (sadly never catch her name), darker complexion, who is absolutely wonderful. She has never made me feel judged or less of a woman for not knowing EVERYTHING about makeup. She's super polite, helpful and sincerely cares about her customers/job. Went in on Sunday and she was super friendly, like usual, and when I got my birthday gift her and the girl ringing me up(also didn't catch her name) :( wished me a happy birthday! I don't go to Towne East or Bradley Fair because those employees have been nothing but snobby and unprofessional to me... keep it up towne west! I LOVE this location!
