They stripped a screw during installation on my son’s bed. They guy told us he submitted a ticket and someone should come out in a few weeks. That never happened and there was zero follow-up from the store on how the installation went. Very disappointing, especially considering how much money we spent, not to mention the fact that a screw was left sticking an inch out.
