Probably by far the worse Sonic visit I have had ever. Corn dogs were re-cooked or warmed up in the oil it originated in. French fries were dry and stale, definitely not worth the 21.99 I paid for my meal. Asked for no onions on my cheeseburger (onions). Asked for large tots and fries- nope. I literally live 5 minutes away and everything was cold. Felt like I had a door dash order. Definitely not going back there ever. Only quality service was probably my car hop.. At least she deserved the tip I left for her..

I've never had a good experience here aside from a nice manager apologizing for my food being messed up and reimbursing me. Came in Christmas Eve at 10 pm because nothing is open. First stall I parked in had a blue screen so I assumed it was busted. We waited more than 15 minutes for my order to be taken at a stall. Drove off before they could take my order because if that's how long it took to get my order, then I can't imagine how long it would be until my food gets to me. I don't understand how the owner didn't realize he/ she needs more people when nothing else in this area is open. Would have gone with Great Wall or McDonald's but they closed earlier. Next time, I'll just go to QuickTrip.
We didn't get a burger that was paid for & when i called about it the guy knew they messed up so he said they'd refund the burger. When my husband went to get it they said they needed the receipt (which we didn't get cuz it was stapled to the burger sack). The manager said it'd been too long to look it up (1.5 hrs) & they'd have to have the receipt! Not only did you screw that up, the tater tots were cold & the sprite was carbonated water only. You screwed it up, knew you had & should have made it right!!!
Great slushes. Even better if you freeze them up a little more at home.
