Today was our first time relying on The Cleaning Authority. Team 10 was extremely courteous, observed proper COVID-19 protocols, and was exceedingly efficient, thorough and proficient. Additionally, Team 10 was very gracious with all members of my family — including the four legged member. It was especially great to not have to go back through the house to put things back the way we prefer them — all of our decor preferences were honored. Communications before, during and after their visit were exceptional. We’re very glad to have acted upon our neighbor’s recommendation and look forward to doing business with The Cleaning Authority and Team 10 again.

They are always on time, professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure that what you want is delivered. I wanted some attention to my wood floors with my choice of products. They happily accommodated the request. You won’t be disappointed with the Cleaning Authority!
the ladies from The Cleaning Authority does a great job cleaning our house. Amicable, polite and friendly but all business, no wasted time. Extremely satisfied! !
They miss top of dressers, of course they are all short, I get it. We’re tall people and don’t always get under the bed. They use feather dusters and I don’t think that really cleans things, just my opinion. I don’t believe they use a shine product, my furniture looks clean but not shinny, like a just waxed look. Always friendly, not a lot of chatter, just wish they understood more English. Have a good one!
We have a fantastic team that cleans out home ! They are extremely friendly and very hard working during every visit . We have had Cleaners in the past but they do not come anywhere near the team that we have now . The house is left spotless and they take great care and pride in what they do for us ... EVERY week !!!
