Shop Amazon. After placing an order online to pick up an item, and after receiving an item pickup receipt were told it wasn’t in stock. Received another item pick up receipt and went in today to pick it up, only for the staff to question where it was. 2x we went to the store for pick up and 2x no one had a clue. One of the gentlemen was apologetic. One kept searching. I asked if a different flavor could be substituted at a discount for the inconvenience— I was told no.... by the apparent manager who seemed to be put off by having to be clocked back in ( because I was disrupting his break on his phone at the counter. PS he has emerald green earrings ) to handle my now only option of a return. Two separate times we were notified to pick up our purchase and two separate times we were told they didn’t know what or where it was. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service aspect, as this very clearly was a waste of my time — but more importantly a waste of your on duty management. I do wish you all the best in this new year and much growth on a professional level.

Its better to shop here for your vitamins and your mineral supplies and your diet supplies and they're very knowledgeable they'll help you if they don't know they look, your products are fresher here than supplies are constantly being updated

Their inventory system is terrible. They never have what I'm looking for even though their inventory says they do. The nitwits that work in the store haven't got a clue.
