Extremely unprofessional and never on schedule with work. The receptionist texted me my rugs were ready for pick up, we showed up to pick them up she couldn’t find them and we had already driven 20 mins to get to the office and she proceeded to say that they needed to be re washed because a couple of stains did not come off after she had told us they were ready and told us to come back the next day. A week later and have not heard anything until we decided to reach out to them and the same lady said they were ready but she would not be in the office and she had to take care of a personal issue.

They were almost an hour late and didn’t even call to let us know. They did two rooms and a hallway very fast pretty sure they used the same water for all of it cuz the house stinks now ....I’m getting another company to come Monday and re clean and deodorize ... they did two rooms and a hall for 60 bucks but it was a wast cuz now I have to pay double to deodorize what they did
