Absolutely abysmal service. My tire change took 2 hours and change, then it took 40 minutes to check out because the computer system froze. Wait times and issues were not communicated to me. It took 20 minutes for them to even greet me when I pulled in originally. All this with only 2 people ahead of me. Do not get auto repairs done here.

Slow...! Two hours for changing two tires. AND I was the first one there at 6:40AM. Someone is always calling out for work so always a worker or two short. Not worth the delay in your life...! PS: I could go on but the damage is done.
Worst service ever... waiting time is always 2 hours even if there is only one a head of you .. some of the employees are unprofessional, and everytime they have new rules for the check in..and the most important they give you an attitude like they don't want to do the job. I hope they will be better next time..
Either a turnaround or something is going on with mechanics at this auto center. Within the past month I tried getting an oil change with this specific location not being able to take any cars after 12 p.m. consistently when they close at 7 p.m.... Ended up going to a local shop, in and out within 20 minutes. Customer lost.
no nonsense service, but slow. The prices are good but the work is nothing super outstanding. Good for oil changes and tire rotations, but would not go there for anything serious
