Okay, i hate making bad reviews... I honestly do. But I felt like people should know my experience here. I have sat on it for a long time and feel like I should finally tell people. I ordered my wedding cake here. I wanted very simple decorations. Just white icing and edible glitter so i could put the deco on myself. They were supposed to deliver 3 hours early so i had time to do so before my wedding. Well, on the day of my wedding i am putting on my dress and i receive a text from WOW cakes. They are confirming the date of my wedding for the NEXT day. My wedding was starting in 20 minutes and I didn't have a cake! ...luckily they made it out pretty fast but because it was so late i had a plain, non decorated cake. They also had NO edible glitter on it. My friend who was cutting the cake said it felt frozen in places, too. I called after my wedding and honeymoon and they refunded half of the delivery fee and the cost of the glitter.... I think it was like 75? (I think my cake and cookies together costed around 450) And they gave me a half off coupon of my next purchase. (Needless to say, i never used it) Well, a year later i call them to book my 1-year anniversary cake. (This place offers a replica of the top tier of your wedding cake at your one year anniversary). So, before we left for our vacation we took for our one year anniversary, i called them and asked for a cherry flavored cake and vanilla icing. No decorations or glitter. We pick it up the morning of our trip, drive all the way to Oklahoma City, where we went on vacation. Open up the box of cake and it was chocolate. Not cherry, not cherry chocolate. Chocolate. The cake both times were good. They had good flavor and texture. But.... You can take my review how you wish. All of my friends have great experiences with them.. but me.... Needless to say, i won't be going back there.

WOW! Wow cakes did an amazing job with my cake and did a great job at improvising! my florist ended up needing to change some things around and did not have near as many flowers for the cake (they were supposed to be more like a sash across the cake). They still managed to get flowers on there and arrange them beautifully! They did a stellar job with the cake decorations and My lord the taste was out of this world! We chose two (technically three) flavors. Their vanilla almond was on the bottom of each tier then one was raspberry margarita with buttercream in the center then the other was the vanilla almond on the bottom and lemon on the top with strawberry filling in the center! The cake was so moist and decadent! We only ended having 4 pieces left it was a big hit and everyone loved it! Also we got this amazing cake at a very decent price! They had the best pricing of all of the places we went to for quotes! Would absolutely recommend!
I ordered a gender reveal smash cake a month ago and let them know it would be for my 1 year old to smash into. They decorated it with the biggest hard candy pieces, a huge choking risk. I couldn’t let my kid just go at it because we were worried he would choke on the pieces. Was told to keep the cake in the fridge until time to smash, well that just made it so hard he couldn’t get into it, and it took me a bit of strength to actually cut into it. I should’ve just gone somewhere else. The flavors weren’t great. Prices are cheap though. Cake presentation was pretty. Just wrong for what we needed and asked for.
I absolutely love their cakes. The flavors are so incredibly good. And amazing prices. I definitely recommend them. They had no issues taking my cake order and it was short notice. So grateful for them!!!!
