I ordered some 6 tins of Ronseal to be delivered for a charge of 7.95. They could not fulfil the order, and only delivered 5 tins. I have since telephoned, written a letter, and emailed, but cannot get either the paint or a refund. They have simply kept my money. This to me is completely unprofessional. What a shower!!! Stay well clear, and use another company.
Felt safe walking round wickes with their measures to reduce infections of covid - kitchens and bathrooms roped off, hand sanitizer and spray for trolley at the front of the store.
Friendly staff great prices and no queue times
