Great shopping experience, we visiting Phoenix's showroom prior to the Covid Lockdown and tentatively chose our fireplace, post lockdown Phoenix were more then happy to help via phone with giving us more information (measurements etc.) about the fire and surround to help us make our final decision to go ahead with our purchase and install. Install took place 6 weeks post our order being placed, the installation team were great, profressional, tidy and covid secure throughout. We couldn't be more happier with our new fireplace... thanks Phoenix Fireplaces.

Great service from start to finish. Triston and his colleague were polite, professional and very tidy throughout the installation of our stove, flue and chimney pot. They were adherent to social distancing guidance. On completion, all rubbish was removed and they took the time to explain How to get the best use out of the stove, cleaning it and general maintenance. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone.
