Not vsited the store but after some initial difficulties with an on line order I contacted the customer care team and since then could not have been more impressed. They expedited delivery and when those initially ordered/delivered were not suitable they could not have been more helpful in suggesting alternatives to overcome the sizing issues I had. Great and will continue to seek their support in the future. I would recommend.

I really like the shop they always have good fitting shoes
I am thrilled to have found this friendly and professional shoe shop. They have been utterly brilliant in helping me with wide fitting shoes for my 16 year old daughter and even older husband - both of whom suffer from Primary Lymphedema. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Hard to find shoes that fit my mother. She has problems with her blood circulation and therefore struggles to find shoes that fit her due to the swelling.. The service i got from this shop was really impressive! The main owner (son) spent 20mins with me on the phone me to suggest the right product for mum and gave me some great advice. Unfortunately the width didn't fit but i went into the shop and was overwhelmed with the service and how knowledgeable these guys are. Ended up buying an extra pair after spending some time at the shop. The older chap (dad) was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I've brought over 10 pairs in the past from other sellers and wasn't able to find one that fitted. Wish i found this shop sooner! Yes these shoes are expensive but the quality speaks for itself. You get what you pay for! Great value for money. Within a week my mum's heal has less pain and reduced swelling around the ankle. Over an hours drive to get to this shop but i'd recommend others do the same. Not many shops can help our older relatives find shoes that fit. Please do not be put off by the distance or price - call and speak to them first. Likelihood is that they will help you order via the website with some guidance over the phone.
Excellent costumer service, extremely knowledgeable people and very high quality product I found here. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone that needs comfortable shoes or has foot problems.
