I have just received my delivery today. My family have used Hindmarshes for many year and today I know the reason why. I was given a delivery time this morning and the guys arrived on time. Not only are the extremely professional but they are honest and go above and beyond what other companies offer. The top soil is the best quality in the North East and is a great price. I can honestly say what ever you order will be of the best quality you can buy... so thank you again guys and everyone else get ordering!

Ordered and paid online. Received an email with delivery date/time, but they just didn't turn up. No contact to explain/apologise/rearrange. I had to email twice to get a response. Was given new delivery date & time... didn't turn up again. Emailed to cancel order... No response. Had to use PayPal to get my money back, and had to wait for PayPal to intervene. I had wanted to support a local business, but was let down, and would never go near them again. Really unprofessional and unreliable.

Great prices and product - and amazing service! My morning was brightened by a lovely, friendly guy who manoeuvered to drop the gravel so it wouldn't be in the way of other deliveries. Can't recommend highly enough. Happy girl
