I am just completely impressed by the service we got from Mr. Hollmann! We went in there to get our car repaired from an accident that wasn't our fault, thinking our insurance company had it all worked out but we were about to have to pay for the deductible and more, but thanks to Mr. Hollmann, we are now getting it taken care of by the other insurance company, as it should be. He is amazing! And they only need a week to order the part from the states and 1 day to fix our car. I would highly recommend them!

USAA recommended Hollmann, and I was sceptical based on some of the reviews. They were great all around. I couldn't have asked for better service. Their work is second to none. I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and it was done on Friday. I was shocked. This would have taken a month in the States. I highly recommend Hollmann to anyone needing body work.

Two years ago I would have gladly recommended this place if you’re looking for bodywork and accident repair. Their customer service and close working relationship with USAA and other insurance companies was great. Now...not so much. Now they have some know-it-all argumentative little woman who is of no help at all. I called to check on the status of my vehicle and she hung up on me....twice because “she was busy”. Then, when I took their loaner car back, she argued with me about the amount of of fuel I returned it with. Considering I returned it with the exact same fuel level I received it in, just goes to show how customer service has declined. She continued to argue with me about it after I showed her the exact amount it had when I got it! On top of all that, they have no clue which cars they have and what the status of repairs are. Completely and utterly no help at all.
