Great Telekom shop with personnel that speak English and understand individual needs. This is the only Telekom shop I will ever use and recommend to others. Customers can pay with credit cards, German EC cards and cash. When customers purchase items in the store, the NATO VAT form is welcomed!

Absolutely no customer service. Have been consistently overcharged as well being cut off in the middle of the month and every time I have a question or try to call they put me on hold for hours and not even answering my question. Have had my calls denied when trying to call for service help. Just an absolutely terrible and shady business here in Germany. Extremely disappointing service all around from Telekom Deutschland.

Trotz notwendiger Corona-Einschränkungen und einer befürchteten langen Wartezeit, wurden die Kunden zügig bedient. An der Tür abgeholt wurde ich gleich mit einem Danke für meine Geduld begrüßt. Ich war am Freitag den 03.07.2020 im Telekom Shop und bin begeistert. Der Service ist 1a. Auf mein Anliegen ist direkt eingegangen worden und mir wurde nichts aufgezwungen. Ich habe für ein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis die Lösung für mein Problem erhalten und bin einfach begeistert. Ich kann diesen Telekom Shop zu 100% weiterempfehlen, da der Service freundlich und lösungsorientiert ist.
