It's borderline criminal that TKS is authorized to monopoly as the only provider for on post internet connectivity. Speeds are almost as bad as dial up and has inconsistent connection. Pay top dollar for falsely advertised bandwidth.

Horrible...Customer service doesn’t exist, cable programming is trash. Internet service is a rip off. Company is trash.

3yrs of dealing with this company and I’ve never been so happy to PCS and terminate this contract. By far the worst wifi and customer service ever. How can you allow this to the main source for military personnel?

I wish I could give them -5 stars. The worst service ever and unfortunately we are stuck with them as they are the only providers in our area. Our internet, tv, and phone have been down for two days now and I have been waiting for a technician to fix our service since then. The worst customer service ever.

This is your ONLY cable option on Hainerberg. The service is horrible. My cable box is currently acting up and I am writing this as I am on hold for help with tech support. I have been on hold now for 20 minutes. The internet requires you get your own router for it to even work. I’m so disappointed with this and it’s horrible that this is our only option. Previously we needed help with the service and had similar slow issues receiving it. We are being done a huge disservice by not having more options. If I could rate 0 stars, I would SN: the female that works in the store at TKS is always helpful. She is the only good thing about this company.

Over priced and they know it! But they will continue to take the money of people that just moved here that either don't have a choice or don't know any better yet...in America, we call this a price gouging Monopoly. Also, they are a phone service provider without a working phone in their store front at the PX...what a joke. Only gave it 2 stars becuase some of the staff are friendly and helpful, even if they know they're scam.
