The Olympic Weightlifting classes are great for beginners and people who want to get into crossfit. I have also had 1:1 personal training with Andy which is generally good; he is knowledgeable about the lifts and notices faults you'd struggle to spot yourself. Highly recommend.

Awesome gym. Top quality instruction, very welcoming members. Don't be intimated by crossfit, beginners are welcome. The beginners classes are great too.
