This McAlisters used to be great! I feel that they are still doing good but lack direction. The staff seems to need more training. The last 3 times I went here, most of the tables were dirty with dishes still at them and the phone rang multiple times with no one answering. Again, the employees are very sweet and nice! The food is great! I think they just need more direction and training to become more efficient!

This is the exact same wrap, just one was supposed to have no tomatoes... very disappointing!

Great service! The food was delicious as always. I enjoyed the half spud (chipotle) with half salad (southwest avocado).
I got the pick 2 \special.\ I chose a half a cup of broccoli cheese soup and a half of a roast beef & cheddar sandwich 8.29. The sandwich only had 2 (1/2) slices of roast beef! It hardly covered the bread! I essentially got less than 2 worth of product for over 8!! I will NOT be going back! I'll go to Walmart, get 1/2 lb roast beef, 1/4 lb cheddar, and some ciabatta rolls and still save . I'll make my own Thank You!!
