Very satisfied with the service. Have been getting my hair done from Alex. She's super friendly and extremely good at everything she does. Although I wasn't fully happy with my highlights last time since they felt too light, she fixed it all up for me free of charge and has always been very considerate of what I want and like. I would highly recommend this place !!! Also love my hair Thanks Alex!!

Writing this review as I’m so upset and beyond disappointed with my hair. Had I been to a backstreet salon and paid 50 I might not have felt so cheated but nearly 150 with very little change in the end, you spend that much money you want it too look 150. I had spent a long time looking for a good salon in Sheffield, went earlier this week for a balayage and cut, colour looked great other than lines across one side of my hair possibly from the foils/toner. As this was highly noticeable they asked if I could go back to have it fixed. Went back yesterday and so so so so gutted. My hair looks darker than it did when I had it done earlier in the week, the toner used has given my hair a much darker colour which is rather boring and dull. The face framing highlights I had are GONE. Might as well as not gone back. Then to add insult the person drying and styling my hair was adding in the most tight little curls to half of the length, which made my hair look like something from the 50s. Not a beach wave I asked for and had walked in wearing. I just could not wait to get out of there and get home. Such a crime to charge the prices. I’m going to have to find somewhere else to get this sorted.
The staff don’t know what they are doing. They don't seem to know what blended hair is either. I had to go back 3 times to get half decent hair. Even then my hair wasnt blended properly. Some streaks were lighter than others so i went back and the hairdresser stuck a random brown on it. Which just added to the shades of random colour on my head. I was going for a cool tone and the brown she stuck on was so warm it was unbelievable. So half my head was a cool tone and half was warm. I went back and The staff acted like it was fine and its all blended. I really wouldn’t recommend. At first i thought i was just being too picky so I went to another hairdresser after a week and she was baffled and asked if i had done my hair myself as it looked a mess and she was shocked to find out it was done by a professional! Thank god the 2nd hairdresser Was amazing at what she does. Im not a person who usually leaves any reviews, good or bad. But this place left me no choice.
I had my first haircut here today with Glen. The whole experience was great, I had a vague idea of what I wanted but Glen was really great, talking me through what would work for my hair. Absolutely fantastic cut and I can't wait to go back. Thank you so much.
I got my haircut yesterday by Adam and I really like it. I definitely recommend this hair salon.
