Lady who answered phone was extremely rude! She was so nasty going on and on about how many animals she had and how she couldn’t take anymore and how she didn’t want volunteers because of her dad. It was all extremely unnecessary as I was just looking for information. She gave me names of other rescues and I’m so glad she did. They took the baby right away and were extremely friendly

I've been a wildlife volunteer for over a year and recently had to move to NJ for work. I called to get information on volunteering and was originally told they were \done for the year\. When I asked when the next year will started again. I was quickly told that \They don't accept guys\. Pretty outrageous to say the least.

Whoever picked up the phone was very rude. It boggles my mind that she would be able to care for any living thing with that attitude of hers. Went elsewhere and other places were super nice and very helpful.
