Another favorite dining experience. The braised beef with gnocchi is my all time favorite there. The last time we dined there the head chef came out and talked with us about the new desserts he created which we ordered to find out what we thought. Nice to have some personal attention. It was fun and we'll be heading back for sure.

Wild Grape Bistro is a great place to get a bite if you are looking for something a little outside of downtown Salt Lake. The ingredients are fresh and probably farm-to-table. The price is a bit high and a little too a la carte for our taste, but it is worth a try. The desserts can be a little boozy so be warned if that is not your thing. Everything else you will probably be pleased with. The chefs are very skilled so don't be afraid to try things you haven't tried before.
Went there for a Dine O Round service so the lunch was discounted. I had a tofu wrap which was very oily. But for the discount okay. Then I went into the bathroom and discovered many small roaches. I informed the manager. Then I realized I had eaten all my food before I went into the restroom. I have often heard the saying that you can judge how clean the kitchen is by looking at the cleanliness in the restroom. Well in my case I hope to god I was wrong. Won't be coming back.
We did not have to wait long. The food was beautiful in presentation and delectable. My compliments to the chef, actually posted by Susan Bliss
Delicious food, not too expensive, but made for a great night. My wife thought her chicken was just alright, but she loved the flatbread. The pasta I had was amazing. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm planning on going back soon.
Have been there twice, once in 2011 and once in Fall 2012. Both times, my food was excellent! Most recently I had a small plate (braised short ribs w/ root vegetable puree) and a side of sugar snap peas w/ carrots. The beef was tender, the puree was a little on the oily side but the flavor was fabulous, and the veggies were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in SLC. A little on the pricier side but not unreasonable.
I would definitely go there again. Great atmosphere and great food. My wife is a vegetarian and loved their Smoked Portobello Sandwich. I got the Ballard Pork Chop and could not have been more pleased.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in SLC. I always hit it up for Outdoor Retailer. The food is terrific and the wine selection is good. Ambiance is great as well.
