I never would’ve thought that experience would take place at a Jaguar/Land Rover dealership in Sarasota! Bryan makes himself available for any and all questions or concerns. Worked through Bryan when purchasing a used 4Runner. I've avoided traditional dealerships for a long time because of dreading the process, but working with Bryan was easy. I left the dealership with a fair price on the vehicle without having to deal with any of the run around I was anticipating. After the sale, Bryan was great at follow-up to make sure that I got two new remote keys for my car as originally promised. Would definitely buy from Bryan again.

Had a great experience buying from Wilde. Our salesman, Aldo, did an outstanding job helping us find the right new vehicle and figure out a deal that worked for us without any pressure. Very accommodating, great trade in value, and shout out to Marco from finance for doing an outstanding job as well! Thanks again Wilde and Aldo for the excellent experience and vehicle Edit: I’ve had problems with this vehicles since the first time I brought it home and have been sorely disappointed by the service department. I took it to fix loud, screeching brakes 3 times: 1st time - they “couldn’t find any problem” and did nothing. I look three videos of the problem occurring on my drive home from the dealership. 2nd time - after seeing the videos, they agreed there was a problem. They allegedly did something to “fix” the issue but ended up making it worse. 3rd time - they decided the problem is normal and told me to just “brake really hard” if it occurs again. Of course, this would often be unsafe, uncomfortable, and generally unreasonable. After the 3rd service visit, the problem is now worse than ever and they have stopped responding to my emails and communications in general. I will not be purchasing future vehicles from Wilde, even though I had planned to buy 2 more new vehicles later this year. I do not recommend purchasing or servicing ANY vehicle at a “Wilde” dealership.

From start to finish Wilde Land Rover took great care of me. I purchased a sight unseen (until pickup) vehicle and Bryan's communication and information supply was 5 star. No surprises when I got there, and made it home 500 miles without a glitch. Highly recommend this dealer and Bryan's sales service. Dave in the finance/closing office was also outstanding. I can like have to say this There are not honors I bought a car from them for 125,000 and the took my money cashier check ( good money )on the spot And they told me they will ship me my title the next day . It’s been 13 days and no one sent me anything It’s terrible that the Land Rover dealer worth of millions of dollars cannot do what they say . I might start My legal action on Monday .guys be careful I paid 125,000
