A flat bed tow truck driver was blocking the street at Race & McMiken this morning at apx 6:55 am with RHI written on the cab door. He was in an inappropriate place to be stopped and unloading. There were several people that rely on the bus to meet connecting buses in a timely manner, and the bus driver requested the tow driver move to which he unapologetically refused. He even appeared to slow down. He told the driver, \life is too short to be upset\. He was quite passive-aggressive and unconcerned that he was holding up riders. I felt someone should be aware of this issue. He represents your company and did so in a very negative way today.
