When you walk into Niagara’s newest steakhouse, The Wildfire Grillhouse, you will be wowed by a really cool ceiling. Designed to look like a giant wine barrel, it sets the mood for a great meal with attentive service. The kitchen area is open concept so that you can get up close and personal with the chef as he sears your steak to perfection. We serve USDA Prime, a tender and juicy cut of meat, that is one of the highest grades of beef found; as well as AAA. Our seafood offerings include fresh oysters, live lobster, and wild salmon. A good variety of beer is available on tap and an excellent wine list specially selected to pair nicely with our mains has been created.

It's Me

One of my favourite restaurant in niagara. I recommend this place. Exceptional service by our server Elizabeth and good food! We used Groupon and as for my observation, they treated all customers the same unlike others that they would slam it on your face that you're using coupon or vouchers. I would definitely come back here.

Just left Wildfire. Amazing food! But what made our night was our server Elizabeth. Very funny and personable and made us laugh all night. Her service was outstanding. Highly recommend! Thank you Elizabeth!

Absolutely delicious meal! My bf and I were staying at the Ramada for my birthday and got a voucher for this restaurant. Honestly, hands down best meal and service I've had! Our waitress, Heather, was very attentive and seemed genuinely interested in how we were enjoying each course! I even was given a free dessert for my birthday! Best creme Brule I've had! I will definitely be telling people about this place and going back when in the area again! Thank you so much for making my birthday weekend that much more enjoyable!

Sure, if you want an honest review. You’re about to get one. Prior to reserving this restaurant, we looked at the pictures posted by the restaurant so that we see what we wanted to get prior to reserving a table. To be clear, the pictures we saw where posted by wildfire grill house and not by someone else. We saw that oysters served in a big bowl with ice, and scallops where served on big long plates, and that there are 4 scallops on a plate. When we ordered the following 2 dishes that’s not what we got. We where served a dozen oysters on a warm chalkboard dish, and instead of 4 beautiful scallops on the long white dish, we got served 3 on a smaller chalkboard plate. To be honest, we felt cheated. I also ordered a dirty gin martini that took over 30 minutes to arrive before we ordered. The worst part is there was only another table besides ours the whole entire time. It seemed like our waitress couldn’t care, and yes, she got her own 18%tip that was added to the bill. I don’t understand who came up with adding a tip to the bill before presenting it to the customer. if we had good service I Tip a standard 25%... Your loss

My wife and I decided to occasion here for my 60th birthday and as it happens our anniversary as well. Excellent service and hospitality by our server Heather. She was very attentive to our dining needs and we also had fun and good times with her. Our dinner came out promptly and well presented. Chef Sean is a wizard in the kitchen. The deconstructed caesar salad was a surprise and a treat. Really thinking out of the box. My steak and Cuban lobster was done to perfection and my wife's jumbo Black Tiger shrimp and Cuban lobster was deliciously scrumptious! Our compliments to Chef Sean! We will be back! Wildfire Steakhouse is a hidden gem in fine dining! Due to Covid-19 protocols, advanced reservations is a must. Don't be a fool. Wear your masks. Thanks all Rey & Jackie Just to say, we had dinner here again the following night and this time Sarah was our server and again, we had a very excellent time as before. Sarah was as entertaining and attentive as Heather was the evening before. This time I had the seafood linguine which was really delicious and of course had to order a side of Cuban lobster on top while my wife kept it simple this time with steak and potatoes. Both still really excellent entrees. First of all the service at this restaurant was amazing the 5 course meal was WOW amazing but the best part was the NY steak all 4 were made to perfection, it's not often you have a steak made exactly how you order it for 1 person let alone 4 so kudos to the Chef on April 2 @7:30pm on Lundy's lane in Niagara falls
