"I know that squirrels like to chew on things because of how sharp their teeth is, but I didn't know that they would chew the wiring inside our attic area. They shut off the power to lie half our house. It was an extremely serious situation. We were worried about fires and other damage that they were causing. Our insurance agent recommended Michael to capture and remove the squirrels from our house. He was able to come out later that afternoon and was fantastic at capturing and disposing of the squirrels. Because of the damage that they had caused our insurance company paid for his services. I don't know what they charge the insurance company but Michael was well worth every penny. He was extremely competent and explain the things to ask well. We felt we were informed of everything he was doing and he even showed exactly where the squirrels had gotten in. He made a temporary repair of that until the construction company came to fix it permanently. That was a nice added touch. Hopefully we won't have a problem like this in the future but know where to turn if we do."

I called this company at 7 in the morning about a raccoon that had kept me up all night for the sixth night in a row. They were at my house before 1pm that same afternoon, with a bunch of tools that came in handy when it came to removing a rather large raccoon that had gotten stuck in the space between the attic floor and the ceiling below. I'd never have thought to look there. Just goes to show that the pros really do know what they're talking about!
Wildlife Exterminator Suffolk County came out in a timely manner to inspect my place and fix any potential entry points for rats. They took the time to explain things to me and didn't try to overcharge me for things I did not need. So far so good!
A raccoon family had been terrorising me for MONTHS before I finally bit the bullet and called someone in to give me a hand. I should have just done that right at the beginning, to be honest. It took the two guys that came out no more than three days to get rid of five of the furry critters, and I've had nothing but peace ever since. Grateful is an understatement — thank you!
