Seems like a very busy place with a small dedicated staff. Unfortunately due to the Corona virus I was unable to look around. Staff were very happy to help the bird which I handed over.

Found two baby rabbits while out on a Friday delivery run and was given perfect advice to look after them through the night and then took them to be looked after by Wildlives Saturday morning. Thank you so much!

So upset at the way I was made to feel by the owner. Took a poor little bird in that had been attacked by our cat. Sadly it's what cats do!! I wasn't even asked if I wanted to make a donation before the woman snapped that they had to pay out to treat what OUR cat had done! Yeah thanks for making me feel so horrible in front of my children. I don't have any money but would have donated at a later date. Not now. She was so rude. Won't be going there again. Avoid!!

Called today after finding a injured hedgehog. The lady was extremely rude to my wife telling her they had other emergencies and we should call hedgehog haven. We have spent 2 hours trying to get through just to be spoken to rudely.
