Completely unprofessional. I repeatedly asked for assistance and was constantly getting ignored.I came in an hour before my appointment and I left two hours after it was scheduled. Would never come back here again the lady at the front desk was completely unorganized and rude

I've been going here for a long time now. Very nice staff and very convenient because of all of the different specialty drs. The only thing that's not good is the wait time.. ... Lauren ROCKS!!!

I was kind of worried going here because of the reviews, but I really needed a prescription to be refilled. Everyone here was actually so nice and efficient from the lady at the front desk to the nurse and the doctor. They were incredibly helpful with me when I was confused about my insurance (or lack there of). I had to wait a bit in between seeing the nurse and the doctor, but nothing crazy.

The state of NJ should shut this place down! The staff of a medical “care” establishment shouldn’t be so rude & judgmental! The pathetic staff should take some courses on customer care or reevaluate their career path!

They wont accept any new patients looking for medical attention unless it has to do with covid 19. What a great medical establishment you must have to be to deny people to be seen. They tell you to go to the ER instead.
