I recently visited papa johns as my second attempt to enjoy my favorite pizza . first time was no so great. However this time around...not sure if it's new management but the lady who was running the shift tonight was wonderful and took amazing care of us. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. Thank you for the wonderful quality in customer service. I will be returning.
I have never had a bad experience until tonight. Ordered my food at 11:39pm got to me at 12:02am which was no big deal. The big deal was that I ordered light sauce and got heavy sauce. My pizza wasn't cut and it was burnt. My garlic knots box was covered in the butter. It seems to me that when this papa johns is about to close they just don't give a sh** about anything. They think giving me a free pizza is going to fix it but its not. I'm not a happy person.
I placed an order online and 10 mins later they canceled it for “not being able to call me on the phone number I provided” so I called to see what was going on and they literally would not answer the phone. After several attempts to make contact I accepted not having papa johns and instead took my business to Dominoes who promptly answered, were very professional and received a VERY generous tip.
I us ally ordered from here once a month. I've never had a bad experience with them. My only complaint is delivery is about 45 minute wait when I live 10 minutes down the road. Other than that it's a really nice place. Employees are very nice too.
This food was Delicious!! My family and I ordered from there last night. The service was prompted, the food was hot, and the staff were friendly. Although we were only in town for a short period of time, I would definitely recommend this place to others!!
Waited two hours after I ordered. Then when they came it wasn’t what I ordered. Then I get a call asking what I had ordered after it said exactly what I wanted on the box they brought me. Then I was put on hold for twenty minutes before the manager would get to me. After that I cancelled my order And didn’t get back my money . Will never use this company again very disappointed.
Your driver Jim was very rude and disrespectful. My bill was 18.06 and I had 19 cash. I recommended me calling the store to put a tip on my debit card and Jim stated I couldn't do that and "I need my tip" I drove 7 miles and that's a long way". So he asked me to place my entire order on my debit card so that he could get his tip. So I went out to my car to get my debit card. Jim stated next time order from Lady Lake store because it's not as far. Long story short, I will not order from this store EVER again. And I gave his nasty ass a 4 tip. His actions are unacceptable and if he treated me like that who knows how many others. There was more said and my coworkers witnessed the entire thing. A very not happy customer.
