I give two stars because of multiple issues at the store on multiple occasions. Have pizza with cheese on half the size it normally would cover and tell me that’s how they come and if they remade it would be the same. The uncovered portion of dough around the pizza was bigger than the section of crust itself all the way around the pizza. I have order Pizza Hut for what 10-12 years before that ate it with my family. Today I Left without my order. I love Pizza Hut but this location is not up to Pizza Hut standard. What a disappointment.
Horrible. Ordered online and paid and they said they didn't have an order from us. We showed them the order and that it said ready to pick up. The manager said well it still doesn't show you paid. So paid for Pizza at Wildwood pizza hut on Main Street and didn't get a pizza. Beware. The manager is not customer service oriented and couldn't care less about the customers. Order from Leesburg or Summerfield so you get your order. Don't pay until you get there. I wanted curbside pickup that's why I paid in advance. I couldn't give it no stars but if I could I would give negative stars. Stay away from Main Street Wildwood Pizza Hut!!!!!!!
There was nothing wrong with my food but just some helpful information for people that line in Sumterville FL. Just Oder online Bc obviously the people working there don’t know where they can deliver. They informed me that they do not deliver to Sumterville. Now if you order online they will deliver it..... I’m confused is there a different Pizza Hut in Wildwood that only handles Sumterville?
