These two young boys either hate their job or they hate people. Very rude with a lot of attitude. They don't want to help and they have horrible customer service. They are either the owners son or relatives because I'm sure if they aren't they would have been fired months ago.

I have been here many times, normally I get good service but on Aug 26,2020, I met Matt, a young man, I think he is in a bad mood, his attitude was rude and I asked him hope everything is good, he responded so rudely that no one cares if he is not good. Whole transaction was awkward, finally i said I am being nice, you dont have to be rude, he just took my parcel and threw it aside and asked the next customer to come up.
The workers there are decent but they just tried to charge me 5.47 for a 12”x12” box—that’s just insane mark-up. UPS is obviously taking advantage of their patrons. UPS as a company is just horrible; unfortunately, this branch is the one getting the short end.
Jacob is an angel. He will take his time to help with my scanning and printing needs. I highly recommend both their locations (Wildwood and Eureka). Jana at the Eureka location is great too and very pleasant to work with. You guys are doing a great job! Thanks.
Worked with Jake. I had to print a PDF doc and ship it to a customer in MN. I sent Jake the link and shipping information via e-mail. All I had to do was show up, sign, and pay. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Great customer service!
Rob and his team at the UPS store in Wildwood, Eureka, and Chesterfield take excellent care of me. I used to go to other stores for my printing and shipping needs before I met Rob. I had an order I needed out quickly and I called Rob and gave him a chance to get a rather complicated order and print job done for me. Without hesitation he asked me to email him my needs and he fulfilled the order right away and did a phenomenal job at a fair price. He and his team have since earned my business and I have been using them over the last several months and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team is very respectful and diligent with all my needs. I get alerts when my jobs are done right away which helps me as a business owner to stay on track. I highly recommend The UPS store in the previously listed locations for any printing and shipping needs. They will make it quick and easy with a fair price. I love having a house account they send me an invoice for once a month for review before the charge comes out unless you choose to pay per order. Give them a shot and I promise you won't be upset with the results.
Service is always spotty. Some times it’s amazing and other times the people are so rude. Just depends on who is working.
Rob- the owner- did an unbelievable job in arranging transport of my household boxes for my relocation to Florida. UPS Freight was very efficient and timely with the delivery. Rob picked up the cartons and handled all arrangements for me. He followed up the shipment to ensure everything was rec’d. I highly recommend the UPS Store in Wildwood Missouri.
