Great Experience! Friendly and very professional staff. I do not live near the dealership so most of my discussions with Ken Pollock Maserati were done over the phone and via email. My transaction involved a trade-in and the purchase of my amazing 2018 Levante. They really worked with me and were completely above board.

Well I had some hurtles in the way but Jerri helped me work everything out. If you need a car and fast these people do everything they can to get you in a car. It took me about four days to get a car but it is worth it and Jerri is very clear about everything, she is the finance manager but she works very hard and she will help you!!

Not the show room you'd expect to see at a Maserati/Alfa dealer. It is cramped with poorly detailed cars (the swirls and scratches on the Stelvio QF made me cringe). The lounge area was cluttered with boxes, the offices were riddled with loose wires and paperwork, the main entrance to the lot is where they keep used cars of other makes, etc., etc.. The overall vibe actually seems more like a used car lot than a \high-end\ dealer. The sales person was very knowledgeable and not pushy at least, so I would consider buying from him, I just would want to make sure mine comes from another dealer or straight off the boat without getting touched by their recon team.
