Will Restore made a very disappointing effort with some minor repair work to two wood framed chairs, essentially fiddling with our temporary repairs and not delivering a proper fix.
Duncan and his team at Will Restore just finished fully restoring two antique mahogany tables for us. A really beautiful end result - I highly recommend this company.

Sent e mail requesting for services, never received a reply. Maybe the company should be changed to Will Not Reply. Can a company that has no customer focus do a good job? I doubt it very much. E mail was sent last week and I just got the reply now, shortly after posting this negative review. I still think a courtesy e mail telling people of busy periods and give a time for reply would go a long way especially there is time pressure for me as a customer, to obtain insurance quotes. This person eventually did offer a service, so I have changed the rating to average, but still not very happy as a potential customer.
