Great respect for NHS workers during this tough time , though why they put only Covid in priority . I am having a severe ear infection including Tinnitus and dizziness since October and ENT staffs still not able to diagnose the cause of it. It’s been four months and my life has been in the pond of misery. They don’t want to refer MRI or even CT scan. I have lost bit of hearing and have severe anxiety and not being able to work . They even know antibiotics are not working then what’s the next? Right now, even my family have to embrace the stress just because I am the only breadwinner at home. Or, is ear infection incurable in England? Severe ear pain and infection are not a joke which may lead to severe hearing loss or deaf. Sad thing is I can’t afford private treatment and taking paracetamol always is not the solution I guess . I pray no one in the world would suffer from chronic ear infection. God bless all.

I received the best care and the attention to all patients in the ward was first class. Rushed from tonbridge to A&E suffered a heart attack the cardiologist, a German guy was straight down to it, no hesitation, no time to waste.saved My life. The nurse had been on duty for about 12 hours but only paid for her normal shift. The whole place is generally clean and tidy but You’re going to hear the ungrateful people saying it’s not up to standard. Well what do you expect with hundreds of visitors coming and going, using the facilities whilst there. Why not help instead of hinder. Thanks to all at the hospital. Best wishes Andy French.

No body answers phones 4 days can't get through to department the phone goes on hold until hangs up ? Got through a yesterday and told they will ring back ! Still waiting this is the fourth family member to go in I now have the feeling in might be the fourth funeral!

I was seen in A&E today. I was very worried about going there but it was well organized and I felt safe. Surprisingly it took about 4 hours in total which is better than pre covid. Staff were friendly and caring but clearly busy and everyone doing their utmost to see to the patients as soon as possible.
