Second time going here both times staff very helpful and this time Willard noticed that my Status Card expired I was not able to save tax and at least I know I need to get an updated Status Card. Can not wait to try my sound bar when I get home which he thought was sold out and I was going to get the lowest price one and end up with a bit of a nicer one. So thank you very much. Good boxing week prices, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made for an easy decision to shop local. Picked up a washer and dryer that they will deliver this week.

I walked into Andre's and it was super busy. Shaun asked me if I needed any assistance and I said yes. He told me that he would get someone to help me. Brandon came over and helped me purchase a new washer and dryer. I left the store at 4 pm. By 5:00 pm they phoned and said they were on their way to deliver them to me and arrived shortly after. In no time, my new washer and dryer were in place and ready for us to hook up. Amazing service!

Had 2 visits there about 2 years ago. Felt more like I was an inconvenience rather then a customer. Staff was unhelpful, and couldn't care less. Last visit was great though, helpful young man in the car audio section was very informative and I have made my first purchase from there! (He's the reason it isn't one star) I will update the stars if I visit again.
