Can't say enough great things about Gerald and the team at Heartland Toyota! This was the only dealer in BC that had the V6 Toyota Camry I was looking for. Gerald went above and beyond in providing me all the details and information I needed to be confident in my purchase. He went above and beyond in arranging the shipping down of the car and pick up of my trade-in and taking care of all the paperwork. Cannot say enough about this dealership and their staff. Bought a new RAV4 last year and it has turned out to be the most stable vehicle on the road I have ever owned. Have returned 3 times now for scheduled maintenance. I have found the service staff to be second to none. Excellent service here and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I'm new in town and my 2 year old Tacoma started giving me battery problems. Terry got me in on the same day and had it replaced under warranty in an hour. He even coordinated with an auto glass shop to get my truck in to fix a chip in my windshield. As annoyed as I was that my Toyota let me down, it did lead to meeting good people. 10/10, really happy.
