I love coming here for my family's meat needs! I prefer Margetts over the other grocery stores in town. Their meat is always fresh, with low prices and friendly service. If they don't have a particular cut on display, they will cut specially for me. I love being able to support a local store, where I feel like my business is valued.

Purchase a large amount of "RAW PET FOOD" which is basically ground scraps like chicken backs & necks, fish scraps etc. Exactly what I wanted for feeding my dogs! Shocked to find what looks like hotdogs and mustard seeds in it!! Very disappointed as I had to throw it all out!! What a waste of money that was!!

Pre ordered a prime rib and it was excellent! Went to pick up and the staff were all amazing wanting to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and the excellent beef!

I cannot have pork products & Margetts makes amazing beef options for anyone like me! Pepperoni, salami, smokies! I love them all!(of course I am canadian and cheat by eating bacon! How God shows us he loves Canada too! & U Buy it here too!) I bet you will love them, give 'em a try! I had my doubts initially mostly cause I ran into the woman as a teacher but now I am a grateful believer. I nearly went vegetarian! They saved me from that insanity, if you know me you would understand me being a vegetarian is insane not that it's wrong for everyone!
