Not a bad hotel, just older. Front desk was nice and polite. A clean hotel, rooms were clean. A bagged breakfast in the am was ok. Shower had good pressure, would stay again. Only complaint would be the 32 inch tv in a king room. Needs a bigger on for sure, it is a king room!!

I travel a lot for work, and I've stayed at this Ramada in Williams Lake before. But my last trip was scary. I checked in, not feeling very well. Thought I had food poisoning. But it got worse until I finally had to call 911 and the ambulance took me to the ER. I was alone, a thousand kms away from anyone I knew. The hotel room was full of all my expensive cameras and equipment. I was in hospital for 5 days. The hotel made sure all my stuff was safe & secure, and they did it without charge. I felt the staff and management went so far above and beyond my expectations, I was absolutely blown away. So thankful for their kindness and will tell this story for years and stay at this hotel every single time I'm passing through the area.
Very dated & needs a good thorough clean. Carpet in room could use a good steam clean or new carpet. Hallway stairs need to be vacuumed. Friendly staff. Won’t purposely stay here again. Other cleaner choices.

Great customer service, room comfortable , nice and clean. I always stay at Wyndham hotels wherever I go, I never get disappointed. They actually exceed your expectations. But The breakfast consists in scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. If you don't eat meat, dairy and eggs you have only toast and cereal. I wish they had hash brown, tomatoes and beans like in some other hotels that give options to vegetarians.
Tidy and cozy. A great spot to take a rest. Close to the lake view point. Receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is available 6-11am at reception.
Very comfortable king size beds, specious rooms... clean and friendly service, convenient location, definitely recommend
