When the big bank you have been with for 10 years tells you flat out no to being a homeowner and you leave in tears, all you need to do is see Victoria here at the CU. Should have seen her first! She made our dream come true, she walked us through every step, and made sure we understood our options and took care of everything! She is kind and down to earth and exactly what we needed. We now own our home, have been here over 6 months and still the staff at the CU have been amazingly helpful with anything we needed! If you need help - go to the CU, they take care of their own like family and I have been very impressed. So long Big Bank, I'll never go back.
