Rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s been some years since I have stayed in a no-frills motel, this one exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly, rooms and bathrooms were clean. The other guests were mainly families or older people so the general noise level and energy was low and relaxed. Plenty of good dining available within walking distance and the breakfast in the lobby was a nice touch.

The breakfast was nonexistent. The room smell was of old urine. Definately needed a deep clean. The phone did not work, not even to call the front desk. However, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.
I don't know if I'd stay here again. The price was right and it was only an hour drive to the Grand Canyon. The town of Williams is beyond adorable and we had a great time walking around the area and eating at some of the local restaurants. I'll start by saying that our room was massive. We really liked the space, however it was very difficult to heat. We left the heat on as high as possible and were still cold. The towels were disgusting. There was hair on every one and one even had an extra surprise....a brown stain. I wasn't a big fan of the stand-up shower, but the water pressure was strong, and after a 10-mile hike, it was very relaxing. What frustrated me more than anything is that the bed didn't have a fitted sheet on it. Rather, it had a flat sheet. Maybe I'm being too picky, but nothing grosses me out more than waking up on a bare hotel mattress. which I did multiple times. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing/listening to. To sum it up, there were a few things I liked, a good amount of things I didn't. Good value pet friendly experience. Limited serviced due to COVID distancing. Great location at the edge of town provides lots of dog walking opportunities. There is a hillside pick-nick area and across the streets a railway walking area with historical plaques describing mountain man Williams. Good stop along I-40.
The room was comfortable. The bathroom could have a fan but that doesn't make my stay unpleasant. The breakfast was a good start for the day.
Okay place. Our room layout was a bit weird. The ac/heater was shoved in the corner and it took quite a while to heat up the place. No exhaust in the bathroom. Also rooms didn’t have microwave. They are serving togo breakfast now which is good. Overall good for the price and nice location an hour from grand canyon south entrance.
Booked this motel with the idea in mind that their hot tub would be working. Even when I called before booking they told me it was working; however, when we get the chance to use it the hot tub jets were broken and the water was only about 85F degrees. That was the deal breaker when booking this spot over spots on the Rt 66 road. We also had a housekeeper walk in on us while we were waking up. They didn't even knock. There wasn't a "do not disturb" sign to put on the door otherwise we would have put it on. If you're looking for a hot tub that actually works I would recommend the Best Western up the road. Otherwise look for other places more closer to the bars on Rt 66. The office managers were nice though, they did process a request I had.
Clean, courteous and accommodating. I’m from the area and I’m going to be building a cabin in Williams. I stay a week at a time. I’m happy with this hotel
