Diane at the U-HAUL desk is Amazing. Great customer service representative. I had a piano to move and she personally measured out the proper dimensions, to a a fraction of an inch. Thanks for such a thorough job.

One of the VERY BEST ACE in chain. I have shopped from St. Lawrence River upstate New York south to Virginia Beach. This new location in Williamsburg is better than the old location. The selection is even better, the prices are fair compared to Big Box stores. The staff at this Ace are without equal. Crystal, Lindsey, Rich are the very Best! Helpful friendly are more important than the sale but always a sale results.
