I was there this past Saturday and saw Tanja. She does an incredible job with her massage technique. I've seen her many times now, sometimes we converse and others we're quiet. This week we enjoyed great conversation. The heated table felt wonderful as well.

I received an excellent massage, facial & eyebrow waxing at Mind Body Focus earlier this week. The massage was incredibly relaxing. It provided significant back pain relief for me. The European facial was fabulous. My skin was visibly clearer afterwards; my undereye area was less puffy; & my skin felt so fresh, clean & moisturized. The brow waxing was very well done. The spa is a beautiful, airy space. It's sparkling clean. Every attention is given to making clients feel comfortable, relaxed, refreshed & renewed in body, mind & spirit. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. I highly recommend it. I've already booked my next visit.
