Safi was amazing I was having trouble activating my phone I called his store directly and he helped me get it set up for free and waived the 25 activation fee due to the hurricane hitting Hampton Roads! Stand up guy and 5 star service!

Worst cell phone place ever. I drop my phone and broke the screen he did say he could replace the glass. Which he did but then the touch quit working 20min later asked me to default my phone touch still didn’t work said I need a better glass so he replaced it again now I have white spots in the middle of my glass and tells me the glasses is separating it needs to be replaced it is not covered this is after paying for 2 screens and my touch still has issues stops and works he’s fix is to replace the screen again and charge me a 3rd time don’t waste your time and money go somewhere else

This is the best Boost Mobile location I have come across. I’ve been a Boost Customer for over 12 years and the service I received from this store has been nothing but wonderful. They always have great deals that the other locations do not! Make this your first stop if looking for a good price and great service! Ask for Saffi, he helped me today and even saved me some money on an iPhone 6!
